In honor of March being National Nutrition Month, the ASPIRE newsletter shared tips and resources on how to get kids to embrace healthier foods. It also shared tips and linked resources related to eating healthy on a budget. In addition to sharing nutrition-related information, the March ASPIRE newsletter shared tips for safer spring cleaning such as reading labels carefully, never mixing cleaning products, and improving ventilation while cleaning.
